Quality Documentation

| As explained in the stage inspection details, mentioned herein, the material undergo 100% dimensional inspection using jigs and Gauge wherever necessary. The operators and inspectors are given proper training about the job and all the critical parameters. All the necessary corrective action taken to improve the quality of material and reduce rejection thereof.

| Packing & Dispatch

| The product are packed as per the customers specifications.

| Surface treatment is done according to customers requirement.

| Required marking is provided as required by the customers.
|
| Material is 100% visually checked for any surface deformities and defect.
|
| Packing slips giving necessary particulars of the products like part no., item code, name of the products and any other special instruction are also affixed.
